Be Comfortable With The Uncomfortable

This world is yours, and you can create it to be anything you want it to be. In order to do that you have to learn to be comfortable with the uncomfortable. I have to give it to my sales professor for teaching me this concept; I remember on the first day of class he said “be comfortable with the uncomfortable” as he  explained to us that we would have to  role play in front of the class. 7 Day Positive Challenge

Preface to a Life Changing Challenge

A couple of weeks back I was asked to write a post for an old friend. We were drilling partners for four years, back in my high school wrestling days. I have to say I am blessed to have met him because throughout our training, we helped each other mold into young warriors. Continue reading “7 Day Positive Challenge”

Use Symbolism to Direct Your Life

Have you ever noticed that you have been using a word a little too much? Maybe even realized there is no point that the word should be in your vocabulary. I am talking about negative words, which hold us back from our true potential. Words such as loser, failure, impossible, can’t, scared, sad, etc. Continue reading “Use Symbolism to Direct Your Life”

Today I am going to be talking about The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra. This is a book that I think everyone should pick up as the content is gold, and it is a short read of only about 100 pages. I stumbled upon it not too long ago, and let me tell you it has had such profound effects on my life.

This can hold us back from living a happy, successful and meaningful life. Continue reading “Getting Over Someone (Requested Post)”

Music. Before we are even born we are exposed to sounds. It is proven that when a baby is in the womb, sounds will help the brain develop normal and healthy connections. I am not saying to put huge headphones around your belly and blast trap music or heavy metal. In this stage, it is critical to just use soothing music and have parents/family members speak to the womb. Continue reading “Listen to Music & Express Yourself”

Look Your Best & Be Your Best At All Times

My second mother (friends mom) has always said “Look your best and be your best at all times.” I love this phrase because it’s the base to manifesting a happy, successful and meaningful life. I have my own interpretation of this phrase, and I’d like to break it down to help you take the next step in being great. Continue reading “Look Your Best & Be Your Best At All Times”

A Good Night’s Rest

Everyone knows what sleep is, I mean it’s part of our everyday needs. So why would I make a post on it?

Just like all my other post this post may not be for everyone, but it’s great for those who find themselves having restless nights. I am going to touch upon a couple of topics about sleep. I will speak about insomnia, naps, alarms, and different sleeping positions. Continue reading “A Good Night’s Rest”

Bioenergetics Stool

When you go out and look around, you may notice that a lot of people suffer from poor posture. Our bodies become tight throughout our lives, which restrict us from performing at our peak performance, but the beauty is that we can heal our bodies. It may be confusing for someone who has never looked into it, but our bodies literally deteriorate in specific areas because of our experiences.

Bioenergetics – A system of therapy based on emotional healing by combining breathing and body exercises/stretches. Continue reading “Bioenergetics Stool”
